Gibson’s Lodgings FAQ & Policies
1What time is Check in and Check out?
Check in time is 2:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am.
2Is breakfast included?
Yes! We host a continental breakfast daily from 7:30 AM -10:30 AM in the Patterson House Dining Room. Breakfast is “Help Yourself” and includes fresh fruit, bagels, danish, yogurt, granola, assorted cereals, and a make-your-own-waffle bar. We are proud to serve local City Dock Coffee Connect link to website http://www.citydockcafe.com and Navel Bagels connect link to website https://navalbagelsinc.com We also have a selection of Gluten Free options .
3Do you offer parking?
Yes! We have just enough space for one vehicle per guest room. Parking is FREE. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more than one vehicle per guest room. We will be happy to direct you to the nearest parking garage if you have more than one vehicle.
4Can I bring my kids/newborn?
Unfortunately, Gibson’s is not able to accommodate children under the age of 8. Special exceptions will be made if a group rents out an entire building. Children 8 and older are welcome (Please let us know ages when booking)
5Are you pet friendly?
Yes! We have 3 pet friendly rooms: Berman 7, 8 & 9. We allow one small pet per guest room up to 50 pounds. Our pet fee is $35.00. We have a pet policy that each guest must sign at check-in. Dogs are allowed only in the guest room. We cannot have any dogs in our dining room or main office. Please have your pet on a leash, do not leave your dog unattended in your vehicle. If we receive more than 2 complaints of excessive barking, we will unfortunately have to ask you to find alternate lodgings for the dog.
6I want to book the whole Inn, Is there a group discount rate?

7What amenities are included with my room?
Our guests rooms all have a different style and decor. Every room has air-conditioning & heat, cable TV, a hair dryer, sheets, towels, shampoo/conditioner, soaps & body wash. Ironing boards & Iron are located in each building for guest’s convenience. Please inquire at the Main Office to for use.
8I’m arriving after your office closes! What should I do?
No Problem. You will find everything you need in our “Late Arrival” box located outside of our Main Office door.
9Do you have elevators?
No we do not have an elevator in any of our houses. We are happy to help you with your bags. For your convenience we do have 3 rooms in our Berman House that are located on the ground floor.
10Deposit, Cancellation & Policies
We require a first night’s deposit to secure any reservation. Gibson’s does not hold any room without a deposit. No exceptions. You card on file will be ruin for you balance on the last night of your stay. If you prefer to use a different card please let us know at check in. Your deposit is fully refundable as long as we have 7 days notice. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, your deposit is forfeited. September and October reservations as well as other Special Events have a 30-Day Cancellation Policy. Your deposit is fully refundable as long as we have 30 days notice. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, your deposit is forfeited. 2 Night Minimum on All Weekends. ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. Smoking is permitted outdoors on our patios. You will be charged a $250 fee if you smoke in a Guest Room. Strict Fire Regulations Prohibit Roll-A-Ways in Berman & Patterson Houses. Air-Mattresses are NOT permitted in any guest room
