Every Annapolis holiday season offers visitors the wonderful opportunity to enjoy both history and chocolate while visiting this scenic city on the Chesapeake Bay. Visit Annapolis during the first weekend of December and you can get wonderful treats for both your mind and taste buds by taking the Holiday Candlelight Stroll and attending the Chocolate Binge Festival.
Holiday Candlelight Stroll (HCS)
Hosted by Watermark, the HCS tour is hosted by a knowledgeable period-dressed Colonial guide, who will lead attendees by candlelight through Annapolis’ historic district, where you will see history come alive.
The tour’s highlight is the Hammond Harwood House, a National Historic Landmark that will be ornately decorated to celebrate the holidays. Marking its fifth year in America’s Sailing Capital, the Holiday Candlelight Stroll has proven to be very popular for both tourists and locals alike who are fans of traditional Christmas cheer.
